Elliott Bridger is a Partner at Streetwise Retail Advisors with 15 years of experience in retail real estate and land brokerage in Texas. Elliott’s focus is representing investors, developers, and national and local retailers. A native Houstonian, he combines his market expertise with hard work and a tailored, proactive strategy to serving his clients and closing deals.

He has represented public REITs, private equity investors, and individual owners in leasing owners of power centers, grocery anchored, and strip centers. Away from the office Elliott enjoys spending time with his wife and coaching his three children’s sports.
